Target Store - West Hollywood

This $5 million remodel project upgraded every square foot of the existing store. The 3-story building in downtown West Hollywood presented several constraints for the construction team. The most notable being our offsite staging for all construction materials. Coordination was required daily to ensure each shift had the right materials to stay on schedule. Our construction entrance was (1) freight elevator jointly used by the store team, adding an additional layer of difficulty. Despite all the site constraints, CWC completed this project on time with a satisfied client.
