Target Store - Walnut creek

This $8.9 million remodel and expansion project involved 10,000SF of expansion space and a new grocery pickup, including two walk-in coolers. This project had many known and unforeseen existing conditions that challenged CWC to think outside of the box for the best solutions. Providing creative recommendations to the design team and working hand-in-hand with the City for approvals.
